Zoomcar - Product Analyst (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing product performance, providing actionable insights, and helping drive product strategy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify trends and optimize user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Perform deep-dive analysis on product metrics and user behavior to provide data-driven insights.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Tableau for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets from various sources.

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.

- Work with stakeholders to define and monitor key product metrics and create automated reports.

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business decisions.

- Utilize Python (basic level) for data manipulation and automating recurring analytical tasks.

- Present insights to management and propose actionable recommendations to improve product performance and user experience.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar analytical role.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale databases.

- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.

- Basic understanding of Python for data analysis.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.

- Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
