Zonal Sales Manager Pharma Division (Generic, Ethical)

Experience: 10 + Years

Zone: Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand

Covering State : Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand

This is a senior managerial role where one has to apply and lead the commercial business strategy and also contribute to the winning of new key customers.

The candidate should have 10 plus years of relevant experience in same nature of industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the pharmaceutical segment across a designated zone.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets .

Key Responsibilities:

• Field & Sales Strategy & its execution: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned zone.
• Team Leadership: Lead & manage team of Medical reprenstatives & sales person , train and manage a high performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities & convert it into business generation
• Set sales targets & goals for the zone & ensure alignment with targets and its objectives
• Expansion of market & its sales
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
• Prepare regular sales report of complete zone , including performance metrics & strategy to enhance the business
• Sales Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Masters degree from recognised university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in field & sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on generics preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
