Job Description
- Execution- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Business Volume- Responsible for zonal sales targets along with growth and profitability of the portfolio for the entire state.
- Monitoring- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with the team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of the sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue per employee.
- Continuously monitor assess/anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market.
- New Branches - Responsible for setting up new HUBs in line with the management plan.
- Develop Sourcing Channels - Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes.
- Quality - Responsible for the quality of the business portfolio, working closely with risk credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.
- Conceptualize and develop business development activities to enhance business volumes.
- Responsible for the Collection of delinquent accounts and managing a quality portfolio
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as credit, operations and risk management, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance, market trends, and key initiatives.
