Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and update data accurately in Excel spreadsheets and other software tools.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve
operational issues.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents systematically.
Respond to queries, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables,
charts, etc).
API Integration, Data visualization knowledge is must.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and email tools.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Graduation degree, basic hardware & Networking knowledge would be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
