Land Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate public relations efforts to maintain a positive image of the company's growth plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal documentation requirements for property purchases and registrations.
  
• Liaise with land owners, vendors, developers, and other stakeholders to negotiate deals and resolve issues.
  
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential properties for purchase or lease.
  
• Manage land acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in land acquisition, survey, liaison, legal documentation, or related fields.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship with land owners vendors /stakeholders.
