Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Training Delivery and Management: Deliver high-quality training sessions across various domains including induction, communication, culture, pre-process training, soft skills, behavioral skills, and leadership development. Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and meet the learning objectives.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain training materials and PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing, clear, and effective in conveying key information. Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to enhance training delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs, tailor programs accordingly, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI): Conduct TNA and TNI to evaluate training requirements and ensure that programs are designed to meet process and organizational needs.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their language skills, soft skills, call handling, and etiquette. Support trainees in developing their competencies through personalized coaching.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Track, analyze, and report on training outcomes, including completion rates, scores, and feedback. Prepare and present accurate and timely reports and dashboards.
  • Floor Support: Offer on-the-floor support and interventions as needed to address training-related issues and reinforce learning.
  • Cultural and Communication Improvement: Drive and improve grammar, English communication skills (including chat, email, and calls/voice), and soft skills. Promote a culture of English communication within the organization, encouraging the use of English over regional languages where appropriate.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in management or a related field. TTT (Train the Trainer) certification is preferable.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in delivering training programs, creating content, and working with stakeholders. Experience in instructional design is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • PowerPoint Proficiency: Advanced skills in creating and delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • MS Excel: Proficiency in using MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • People Management: Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude towards learning and development.

Certifications: Certifications such as TTT - Facilitation Skills, Coaching, Voice & Business Writing Skills are desirable.
