Job Description
HCM / PayrollImplementation / Development Support
Join the implementation projectteam to do code reviews/development of fast formulas for various Oracle applications(Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Financials)
Review current/proposed HCM/Timeand Labor/Payroll configuration
Work with HR, Payroll, andCompensation administrators to understand and translate business needsinto functional fast formulas.

Function as resident team expertfor Oracle ERP application security
Requirements
Review and provide input on theproposed security designs for HCM/Payroll
Modify/create security roles andpermissions in alignment with security controls/guidelines
IssueResolution
Serve as the primary point ofcontact for resolving escalated issues related to the HCM/TL/Payrollmodules within our Oracle ERP system.
Investigate and troubleshootsystem issues, identify root causes, and implement timely and effectivesolutions.
Coordinate with vendors andexternal support teams as needed to address complex technical issues.
Enhancementsand Upgrades
Work closely with businessstakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize system enhancements andupgrades.
Plan and manage the implementationof Oracle ERP system upgrades, patches, and new releases.
Conduct thorough testing andvalidation of enhancements and upgrades to ensure compatibility and minimizerisks.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, modules, and architecture, including but not limited to:
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Oracle Payroll (inclusive of Time and Labor, Fast Formulas)
- Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Project Contracts, Project Financials, OTBI Reporting)
- 3+ years hands-on experience developing Oracle HCM fast formulas
- 3+ yearsexperience with Oracle ERP security administration
- Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP report creation.
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM DFFs/EFFs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Oracle ERP certification(s) (e.g. Oracle Fusion applications/modules)
- Ability to work independently or within the structure of a project team
- Data Conversion Experience
