Job Requirement

• Project Role: Fusion HCM & Payroll Technical
• Project Role Description:

Fusion HCM Technical Enhancements, Data Migration and Report development (OTBI, BIP) in HCM and Payroll Modules

• Work Experience: 3+yrs of relevant experience
• Work location: Chennai, India, Work from Office

Technical Expertise
Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, HCM with minimum 3+ Implementation experience (preferably US Clients)
• Should have Strong HCMs business processes knowledge and concepts in payroll.
• Technically Strong and Hands-on experience in OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, Journeys, BPM workflows.
• Good business knowledge in the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area like Payroll Fast Formulas writing / amending
• Should have strong technical/development skills on data loading using FBDI, spreadsheet loader and APIs.
• Understanding of various integration touchpoints with other modules specifically Benefits, Time & Labor and absences.
• Ability to work independently and manage task assignments.
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, Technical Documentations, migration documents and test scripts.
• Strong communication skills with customers and end users for understanding requirement and solutioning.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience in Configuration changes to move to Redwood
• Working knowledge in Taleo Recruitment modules (TCC)
• Good to have fusion integration experience with REST/SOAP, MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Understanding from Clients and translating them to Technical Deliverables
• Should be able to develop & deliver OTBI/ BIP reports
• Creating New & modification to HCM Journeys
• Should be able to relate the product functionality to business processes and offer recommendations to customers on business scenarios mapping to Fusion HCM.
• Data migration experience using FBDI, spreadsheet loader approach in HCM modules and ability to resolve issues and reprocess it
• Write and/or Modify Payroll Fast Formulas
• Should be able to work independently or with a team.
• In support projects analyse the issues to find ways of eliminating some of the recurring issues and overall improve the stability of the system
