Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert with over 7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Fusion HCM integrations, Fast Formula, reporting tools, and project management, with a proven track record of implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including APIs/Extracts, Fast Formula, and Reporting tools.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of Fusion HCM applications to meet business needs.
• Manage report development, interfaces, conversions, and extensions to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring smooth and accurate transition from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM updates and implement best practices.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs such as Change Management, Coding Standards, and Batch Job Monitoring.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Fusion HCM Integration (API/Extract), Fast Formula, and Reporting tools.
• Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in managing projects and working with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations across industries.
