Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our software products.
• Identify decision-makers and gather relevant business information to qualify leads.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, pain points, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team for qualified leads.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client segments.
• Continuously refine calling scripts and strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
