Job Summary:
The Presales Specialist- Lead Generation will oversee the sales team s performance. The role involves driving lead generation efforts, scheduling high-impact client meetings, and ensuring the team meets sales targets while promoting the company s Vertical SaaS Application..
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Lead Generation:
Conduct lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Analyze market trends, industry segments, and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities and market trends.
Build and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and key decision-makers.
Initiate outreach campaigns through personalized cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage potential customers.
Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, budget, and decision-making processes.
2 . Meeting Scheduling:
Ensure effective coordination of client meetings, focusing on high-priority prospects.
Provide support during pre-meeting preparations and follow-ups.
Assist in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our SaaS offerings.
Prepare supporting materials, such as email templates, qualification frameworks, and market analysis reports, to support sales efforts
3 . Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on trends in the SaaS industry and the domestic market to craft relevant outreach strategies.
Identify new use cases and emerging customer needs to expand lead generation opportunities.
4. Solution Support:
- Assist in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our SaaS offerings.
- Prepare supporting materials, such as email templates, qualification frameworks, and market analysis reports, to support sales efforts.
5 . Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports, including insights on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, outreach activities, and follow-ups.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, ensuring goals are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or inside sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over calls and emails.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to conduct detailed research and extract actionable insights.
Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
