Job Overview. ProManage IT Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Presales Specialist for a full-time position in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker proficient in technical and communication skills who can effectively liaise between engineering and sales teams.

Qualifications And Skills. Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill):In-depth understanding of company products and services to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Customer Needs Analysis (Mandatory skill):Ability to assess customer requirements and align them with appropriate solutions.

Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill):Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.

Solution Design:Capability to design innovative solutions that address client challenges while optimizing resources.

Technical Acumen:Strong technical background to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear, concise, and impactful interactions.

Negotiation Skills:Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Research:Skill in conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

Roles And Responsibilities. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Create persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and remain updated on competitor offerings.

Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and events to promote products and services and gather insights.

Act as a technical advisor to clients and internal teams, offering guidance on product functionalities and solutions.

Ensure smooth transfer of knowledge from presales to implementation teams through comprehensive documentation.

Evaluate and refine processes continuously to improve sales cycles and customer satisfaction
