Job Description:
As a Senior Associate - Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client/s administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments and senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
  • Documentation and Filing: Managing documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy format. Ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones, responding to emails, and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and providing on-site support.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.


Optional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Technology products (Networking equipment's, Laptops, Printers)
