ZingBus - Associate Program Manager - Business Development/Supply (2-3 yrs)

Position: Assistant Program Manager - BD Team ( Central Team Role )

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: 11 LPA Fixed + 2 Lakh Variable

What you will do:

- Build, Streamline, and Manage Processes for different day to day tasks

- Be the POC for Regional BD teams and ensure sync between Organization and External Vendors for all matters

- Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and competitor activity

- Network with Industry Partners and collaborate on multiple items to ensure brand consistency and solve assets pipeline for Regional teams

- Create knowledge repository documents and decks for internal & external stakeholders

- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop dashboards and tools for Internal and External stakeholders

- Collaborate with Growth, Operations, and Revenue teams for Business side Improvement and Expansion projects

- Use data to track progress, Produce Reports for Internal Stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of initiatives related to business development

- Work closely with Finance and Legal to ensure Compliance in respective areas

What we are looking for:

- Must have a business acumen - Basic understanding of Supply, Operations, Demand in an organization

- This role requires you to learn new things related to Intercity Mobility and Commercial Vehicles in-depth

- Adept at time management, attention to detail, and organizational communication skills

- Works well in high-paced cross-functional environment and someone who is Organized, multi-tasker, and thorough

- Data driven with strong analytical and reporting skills

- Must be proficient in Hindi and English

- Experience required 2-4 years

- This is a Central team role and involves WFO

- This is NOT a Tech/Analytics/Product/Marketing related role
