Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with two years of field sales experience. This role requires excellent communication, negotiating, and strategic planning skills in order to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- To identify and generate new business opportunities, use field sales, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong ties with both present and potential clients in order to foster long-term business success.
- To reach your company's development and revenue goals, develop and implement smart sales initiatives.
- Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations, and discussions to finalize deals.
- Generate leads and manage the sales funnel effectively.
- To ensure customer satisfaction, promptly address inquiries, grievances, and comments.
- Pay attention to market changes, competitor activity, and customer requests to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to enhance business strategy.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking events to expand the reach of your business.
Candidate Profile:
- Two years or more of field sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-driven and proactive in their pursuit of business expansion.
