Job Description:
- As the Onboarding Manager of Ad Operation within the Digital Ad & Operations team, you will collaborate with peers in Sales, demand generation, web analytics, tech team, and vendors, and experimentation to advance our product offering and ensure we are delivering always to the best of our ability. You will be aware of the implementation of daily management and optimization of Ad Operation campaigns. This position will work closely with our tech team, dedicated resources, and sales team to ensure that we are meeting our goals and exceeding expectations.
- In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project management excellence and implementing effective product workflow and best practices as well as bringing forward options around opportunities to the various stakeholders. The breadth and complexity of Ad Operation cannot be understated. Responsibility will also involve being the bridge between the various stakeholders and teams, ensuring that communication is thorough and optimal.
Campaign Management:
- The ideal candidate for this role is analytical, detail-oriented, results-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. You're a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of both advertiser and Marketing needs and the competitive landscape, and understand how to deliver an amazing experience for vendors.
- You're an excellent communicator, building strong cross-functional relationships through collaboration and innovative thinking.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics, with a sound understanding of data analytics. 3 plus years' experience implementing customer campaigns and strategies with a deep knowledge of search and auction-based environments, measurement methodologies, and ad-buying platforms.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, how they work, how they can be integrated, and how to measure performance across those channels. Hands-on experience with Global advertising platforms is a big plus. Good understanding of Ad technology and auction-based environments.
- Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations, POV statements, and strategic and operational recommendations to internal stakeholders. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization. Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently.
