- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective while delivering on KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, design, content, and product) to ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, user experience, and business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovative performance marketing strategies.
- Customer Segmentation: Leverage data to create targeted audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to specific groups, improving relevance and engagement.
- Proven experience in performance marketing (at least 3+ years), with a focus on paid search, paid social, display ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic media buying.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and CLTV.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
