Manager -Software Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and management of software requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Should have good understanding and participation in Audits for ASPICE L2/L3 compliance and also ISO26262 Part-6 compliance
• Participate in Bid-win activities
• Participate in OEM calls for any clarifications on SW Requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of requirements analysis, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Continuously improve requirements management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of SW Requirements Team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with requirements management tools like DOORS, Codebeamer etc
• Good understanding on entire SW life cycle and AUTOSAR based SW Development
