The ideal candidate will specialize in Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement, and have proven expertise in leading HR operations for large-scale manufacturing and FMCG organizations.

Your Profile

• Lead HR operations, ensuring strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people development initiatives.
• Manage manpower availability, skill consistency, statutory compliance, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
• Oversee long-term settlements and improve workforce diversity ratios.
• Utilize data-driven HR decision-making to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Communicate and liaise effectively to manage complex industrial relations scenarios and ensure 100% statutory compliance.
• Develop and enforce company-wide security protocols, including physical and cyber security.
• Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary distribution, tax compliance, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, including wellness programs and team-building activities.
• Implement effective employee engagement strategies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

Your Profile

• Expertise in Labour Codes, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management Systems.
• Proven track record of employee engagement, attrition reduction, and improving organizational culture.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing HR teams and mentoring professionals.
• Skilled in executing training programs, succession planning, and aligning HR functions with corporate strategy.
• Over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Extensive experience in managing HR operations for large-scale manufacturing and FMCG organizations.
• Strong background in statutory compliance, employee relations, and labor law compliance and proficient in data-driven HR decision-making.
