Job Responsibilities
Production IT
Your Tasks:
- Ensure hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including networking systems and IT security measures in the production environment.
- Perform system diagnostics, fault analysis, and preventive maintenance for control, IT, and network systems to optimize production processes.
- Manage data backup, system documentation, and implement automation solutions for production-related IT systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for resolving system errors, implementing new IT solutions, and maintaining access control rights.
- Oversee IT rollouts, monitor IT security, and maintain central IT systems, including Whitelisting, AV systems, and production network components.
Your Profile:
- Experienced IT Engineer with 3-5 years of expertise in hardware, software, and networking system maintenance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, system optimization, and implementing IT security measures for production environments.
- Proficient in system documentation, data management, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and IT departments for seamless system integration.
- Adept in implementing rollouts, maintaining IT security systems, and managing production network access and infrastructure.
