As we expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our content solutions to parents and caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the parenting sector and have a passion for helping families access valuable resources. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our content offerings and communicate their benefits effectively to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our science-backed content solutions and their impact on parenting.
  • Analytics: Utilize data analytics to assess market performance, track customer engagement, and inform business development strategies.
  • Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the team regarding market trends and customer preferences.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor\s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Min 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
    • Strong understanding of the parenting sector and the unique challenges faced by parents.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage leads.
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
    • Passion for helping parents and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
