Job Description
About the Role (Business Development Executive)
As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in business development and strategic planning within a product-based
company. You will work closely with our experienced business development
professionals to support various initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth,
expanding market reach, and fostering partnerships. This internship will provide you
with valuable insights into the business development process and the opportunity to
develop key skills that will prepare you for a successful career in business development.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences,
and competitive offerings.
Analyse market data to identify opportunities for new product development or
improvements to existing products.
Gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
Analyse user behaviour and preferences to inform product design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative product ideas.
Assist in brainstorming sessions and concept development activities.
Participate in the creation of prototypes or mock-ups to visualise product concepts.
Assist in conducting user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on
product designs.
Analyse data from user testing and feedback to identify patterns and insights.
Use data-driven insights to refine product features and user experiences.
Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, design concepts, and
testing results.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and findings
to stakeholders.
Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
throughout the product development process.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to drive project
success.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Creativity and a passion for product innovation and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, user-centred design principles,
and product development processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
