The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in B2C sales, preferably within the content, technology, or parenting sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs of parents and a passion for helping them access the resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the parenting domain.
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Performance Tracking Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve and exceed goals.
Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and optimise the customer journey.
Budget Management Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Reporting Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor\s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2C environments.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Experience in the parenting, content, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of digital sales channels, including e-commerce, online subscriptions, and content monetization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and drive execution.
