Responsibilities:

Client Engagement : You will engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business context, goals, and requirements related to automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Team Leadership : You will lead a team of automation engineers and application developers, guiding them in integrating advanced technologies such as AI and analytics into business processes.
Solution Design: Your role involves designing scalable and efficient automation solutions that align with the clients business objectives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and improved operational efficiency.
Hands-on Contribution: While leading the team, you will also be actively involved in hands-on tasks, leveraging your technical expertise to drive the implementation of automation solutions.
Role Flexibility: You will flexibly switch between roles, including acting as an Individual Contributor, team member, or solution architect, depending on the projects needs and requirements.
Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will ensure timely delivery, effective communication with stakeholders, and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Skills and Experience:

6 to 10 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in automation and software development.
Proficiency in automation technologies and open-source tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience in solution design.
Programming expertise in Python, C/C++, Java, and structured languages.
Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and a degree from a Tier-1 college.

Technical Qualifications:

Experience in building applications and digital automation solutions.

Must have -PEGA ,Celonis , UI Path, Automation Anywhere etc ) and open source Automation solutions

Familiarity with relational databases and automation platforms.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for web development.
Designing APIs, Agile methodology, and knowledge of React/Angular.
Exposure to containers and building analytics visualization layers.
