Job Title : Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with Power Automate Expertise

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with expertise in Power Automate to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying robust solutions to meet business needs, with a focus on Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) processes.

- This role demands strong technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of financial services domain requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Hands on Experience on Power Automate for workflow automation and system integration.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with customization using JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform tools.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services related to Dynamics 365, such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

- Familiarity with SCB operational processes and financial services industry standards is a plus
