Zepto - Operations Manager - Sampling (1-2 yrs)

Designation: Executive / Manager 1

Core Areas : Core Operations - Execution, Program management, Collaboration with Stakeholders, Data & business tracker owner, Coordination across multiple teams

Qualification :

- 1-2 years of experience in an operations team

- Experience managing internal and external relationships

- Maintaining internal trackers to manage day to day operations task

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Your Role :

- Drive the entire execution charter End to End for Monetization - Sampling

- Maintain day on day tracking for all sampling activities

- Build a proper escalation framework for all sampling related activities

- Build great relationships with your key stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

- Excellent communication skills
