Position Overview:

As a Senior Associate - Category Support & Governance, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate master data across product categories, including product information, MRP, margins, and other critical data. You will act as the main point of contact between the warehousing, category management, and replenishment teams to resolve issues related to stock inwarding and master data discrepancies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, ERP systems expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Master Data Management: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data records, including product information, MRP, margin, and stock data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data across all systems.

- Data Audits & Cleansing: Regularly audit master data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Perform data cleansing activities to rectify any errors or inaccuracies in the system.

- Stock Inward Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving stock inward issues, liaising between the warehousing, category management, and replenishment teams. Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve them efficiently.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as operations, replenishment, and category management to ensure seamless communication and alignment of master data across all systems and processes.

- Communication & Reporting: Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on issue resolution and maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.

- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline master data management processes, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data management or supply chain are a plus.

- Experience: Proven experience in master data management, preferably within the FMCG industry, with a focus on maintaining large volumes of product data.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Multitasking & Deadline Management: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems, SAP, and data management tools to manage and audit master data efficiently.
