Senior Manager - Resource Planner

Role Description

1. Develop and implement resource planning strategies to meet business objectives and deadlines

2. Identify resource gaps or bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize resource allocation

3. Monitor progress and adjust resource allocation as necessary to ensure only the optimized number is deployed, and continue to work closely with ground operations for redeployment

4. Analyze resource utilization data to identify trends and propose recommendations to make cost and design more efficient.

5. Communicate resource allocation plans and updates to relevant stakeholders.

What were looking for:

1. Qualification - An MBA from a top-tier institute is advantageous but not necessary

2. Proven experience in resource planning roles, > 3 years

3. Deep understanding of complexities, and labor laws that directly and indirectly impact the business.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Possesses a solution-driven mindset to think strategically and holistically, weigh opportunities and constraints, and communicate the same transparently to senior management and business leaders.
