Learning And Development Executive

POSITION SUMMARY:

L&D Associate will support the development and execution of training and development programs that align with our organization's goals and enhance the skills of our employees. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in L&D operations and the opportunity to learn about employee development strategies in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the coordination and facilitation of training sessions and workshops.
• Help in preparing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and resources.Ensure all necessary logistics for training sessions (venue, equipment, materials) are organized and ready.
• Contribute to the creation of e-learning modules, training guides, and other learning materials.
• Help adapt training content to different learning styles and needs.
• Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and assessments.
• Analyze feedback data and prepare reports to assess the success of training initiatives.
• Provide support to employees with learning resources and tools.
• Answer basic queries about available training programs and training enrolment process.
• Maintain and update records of training programs, attendance, and progress.
• Help track the progress of employees learning and development plans.
• Research current L&D trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
• Assist in recommending new tools or training methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
• Help with organizing learning and development events, team-building activities, and career development workshops.
• Assist the L&D team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements & eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree in MBA
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with LMS.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
