Sap Abap Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with a strong background in Fiori development and S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have over 2 -5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, working with complex system integrations, performance tuning, and SAP application development. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs, focusing on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), ALV Reports, BADI/BAPI/User-Exits, RFC, SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, and OData.
• Work extensively on Fiori/UI5 application design and development, adhering to Fiori guidelines using Business Application Studio.
• Perform runtime analysis, debugging, SQL trace, and performance tuning of SAP programs to optimize system performance.
• Design and develop interfaces for system integration with external systems using IDoc, Webservices, OData APIs, and RAP.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, unit test plans, and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead the integration of non-SAP systems with S/4HANA using CPI or PI/PO.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met across development processes.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, including design, configuration, and support.
• Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in ABAP and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant with a focus on Fiori and S/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on experience with ABAP OOP, ALV Reports, BADI/BAPI, User-Exits, RFC, SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, OData, CDS, and AIF.
• Expertise in building interfaces with external systems, including IDoc, Webservices, and OData APIs using RAP.
• Experience with UI5/Fiori application development using Business Application Studio.
• Deep understanding of ABAP on HANA, AMDP, EDI, and CDS views.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and system integration with non-SAP platforms (CPI/PI/PO).
• Experience in all SAP modules, particularly SD, FICO, and MM.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and review technical specifications and unit test plans.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SAP ABAP or S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP integration tools.
