About the Role:

This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on technical aspects.

Responsibilities

The Technical HR Trainee will support various HR functions, including but not limited to

• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening resumes from various channels and scheduling interviews.
• Sourcing techniques with various channels.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• End to end recruitment and selection process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong interest in technology and HR technology solutions.
• Preferred applicants who are currently based in Bangalore
