Job Description
- Architect and Design: Develop and implement cloud architecture solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- AWS Landing Zone Setup: Design and deploy AWS Landing Zones to establish a secure, multi-account AWS environment.
- Migration: Plan and execute the migration of on-premises applications and data to AWS, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- IaC : Implement , deploy and manage Terraform, good have Bicep
- Security: Implement and manage security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- : Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud architecture 5 Years in Terraform and infrastructure management, with a focus on AWS and terraform.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS services implementation with terraform such as Landing zone, VPC EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.
- Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) certification.
- Added advantage if have other cloud platforms knowledge such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Added advantage if have other IaC language knowledge Bicep
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, or PowerShell.
