Job Description


 Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Project Management: 
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation, customization, and enhancement projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  •  Agile Methodology: 
  • Champion Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative and adaptive team environment.
  • Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Act as a Product Owner liaison, ensuring business priorities are met.
  •  Techno-Functional Expertise: 
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions.
  •  Salesforce CPQ Exposure (Preferred): 
  • Understand and support Salesforce CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing strategies, and quoting workflows.
  • Assist in Salesforce CPQ-related implementations or enhancements when applicable.
  •  Leadership and Collaboration: 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts, to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication and expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the team.

    •  Required Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Project Manager with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, with hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    •  Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and functionalities.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or PMP/Agile certifications).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware for Salesforce.
