Job Description
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable and robust solutions using D365 (MS Dynamics), mainframe systems, and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
- Perform architectural assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure the security, stability, and performance of enterprise systems.
- Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience with D365 (MS Dynamics), mainframe systems, and full stack development (.NET).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience in the Insurance/ financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of security best practices.
