Responsible for creating and maintaining a blueprint of the enterprise that guides technology investments, promotes efficiency, and ensures scalability and security. The EA collaborates with stakeholders at all levels to develop and maintain a cohesive architecture roadmap;
Support Principal Architect in creating the enterprise architecture strategy and vision to stakeholders;
Align technology decisions with business goals and objectives;
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and guidelines;
Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards;
Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of the organizations IT landscape;
Identify and prioritize technology investments and initiatives;
Collaborate with project teams to provide architectural guidance and ensure projects align with the enterprise architecture;
Review and approve solution designs to ensure they adhere to architectural standards;
Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for technology optimization and automation;
Ensure that technology solutions support and enhance business processes;
Design integration strategies to enable seamless data flow across systems and departments;
Define data architecture standards, data governance, and data modeling practices;
Implement and enforce security and compliance requirements throughout the architecture;
Stay current with security threats and industry best practice;
Ensure proper documentation of all architecture layers in Architecture Mapping tools;
Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the enterprise;
Make recommendations for technology adoption or retirement;
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to promote alignment;
Communicate architectural decisions and their impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Profile
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
16+ Years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture;
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman);
Proficiency in modeling and visualization tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML);
Expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and emerging technologies;
Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization;
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on problem-solving;
Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF Certified Solutions Architect is a plus;
