Job Description
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation, customization, and enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Agile Methodology:
- Champion Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative and adaptive team environment.
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Act as a Product Owner liaison, ensuring business priorities are met.
- Techno-Functional Expertise:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce CPQ Exposure (Preferred):
- Understand and support Salesforce CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing strategies, and quoting workflows.
- Assist in Salesforce CPQ-related implementations or enhancements when applicable.
- Leadership and :
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and analysts, to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication and expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the team.
- Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Project Manager with a focus on Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, with hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and functionalities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or PMP/Agile certifications).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware for Salesforce.
