Analyst - GT Op Model Transformation

AXA XL Global Technology (GT) is going through significant transformation to create a more efficient and effective division to meeting evolving business requirements. This transformation includes the simplification of its application landscape and cloud transformation, while shifting towards modernised standards, increased levels of automation and new ways working.

The Analyst role will report to the GT Operating Model Transformation Lead and will be responsible for supporting all matters relating to GT Operating Model Transformation projects and initiatives. Spanning across GT, the role will encompass a broad range of areas including culture, upskilling, training paths, sourcing strategy and workforce evolution.

The role will work with stakeholders, at local, regional, and global levels, conducting research, data collation and analysis. Initiatives and projects will include matters of strategic importance (and in many cases of a confidential / sensitive nature) and therefore requires a high level of business acumen, commercial credibility, and strong influencing skills.

What will your essential responsibilities include:

• Develop a good understanding of GT s current operating model, transformation requirements and direction of travel - with a particular focus on workforce training and skillsets.

• Support the GT Op Model Transformation Lead in the execution of project and transformation delivery specific to Global Technology s strategic workforce goals and objectives.

• Research, data gathering and analysis for transformation related projects and initiatives, assimilating data and findings to present clear outputs and conclusions.

• Producing and evolving reporting frameworks for capturing strategic metrics and targets, in addition to using data inputs to create reports.
• Facilitate the initiation of independent reviews of operational process and control issues impacting Global Technology, identifying gaps and areas to be addressed.
• Drive improvement activities to implement and streamline existing and new processes.
• Able to produce concise and effective business presentations and deliver to internal (and potentially external) stakeholders, with clear expectations and outcomes.

Team and Stakeholder Management

• Part of a small, dedicated team delivering on transformation and agreed priorities for Global Technology.
• You will build strong and effective working relationships with all relevant functions across Global Technology.
• Work and align with wider teams and functions outside of Global Technology, e. g. , Operations & Technology, AXA Group and external consultants.
• Assist in the resolution of outstanding actions emanating from Leadership, Executive Committees and Audit.

• Knowledge of operating within a technology function and/or in workforce learning & development advantageous.
