Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Shared Services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Talent Management
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
