Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client queries and provide technical solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong understanding of Application Management, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Outsourcing services.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favorable terms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Skills :
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cloud certifications).
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles.
- Experience working with international clients
