Network Lead

Reporting To: Head of Preventive Health.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the development and management of a robust network of diagnostic centres, hospitals, and wellness professionals across India. The role is crucial to expanding and optimizing health checkup, vaccination, and wellness services for our corporate clients while ensuring high-quality service delivery and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Development:

• Build and maintain a strong pan-India network of diagnostic centers, hospitals, and
  wellness professionals.
• Establish tie-ups and rate contracts for various health checkup packages based on client requirements.
• Negotiate quotations and agreements, ensuring best-in-class services for Zenzo clients.

2. Operational Excellence:

• Set up efficient appointment booking and report-sharing processes with network partners.
• Oversee professional execution of health checks, ensuring quality and timeliness.

3. Wellness Professional Database:

• Develop a comprehensive database of diverse specialists, including general physicians, dietitians, physiotherapists, gynecologists, cardiologists, psychiatrists, and fitness trainers (e.g., yoga, Zumba).
• Coordinate with wellness professionals for on-site wellness activities, webinars,
  doctor consultations, and telehealth services for corporate clients.

4. Health Check-up Programs:

• Partner with hospitals and authorized agencies to organize on-site and center-based corporate health check up drives.
• Negotiate rates, set up operational processes, and ensure adherence to client requirements.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality management and assurance protocols with network partners.
• Continuously monitor and enhance service delivery standards.

6. Relationship Management:

• Address grievances and maintain strong relationships with existing network partners.
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure long-term partnerships and service excellence.

7. Strategic Goals:

• Build and sustain the largest partner network with the widest coverage across India.
• Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen the service portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in network development, vendor management, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Expertise in setting up operational processes and quality management systems.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
