Position: Network Lead

Job Purpose:

• Maintain the installed base, formulates processes, desdesignedign solutions, manage & coordinate with the vendors to ensure delivery of agreed service levels and ensure uptime for stakeholders.
• Manage & lead the project from technology perspective, ensuring appropriate solutions, timely delivery and optimal quality of overall solution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fully involved & responsible for the implementation and delivery of complex technology adoption and deployment projects. Lead, drive and manage the project from tea chnical standpoint. Manage and maintain the current install base.
• Consults within the business / IT team to assess current problem states, define desired future
• states, define solution architecture (High Level & Low Level) and make solution recommendations.
• Creates logical and technical architecture solution roadmaps for technology adoption, and refresh.
• Responsible for ensuring and managing service levels, knowledge transfer, technical documentation, setting up the team & the overall practice, Vendor Management and Coordination.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Professional knowledge of Software Defined Network technology. Must have good experience in deploying Software Defined network in multiple geo diversified locations.
• Proven expertise in Layer 3 & 4 Switching Technology that includes Enterprise Wired and wireless technology.
• Hands on experience in Managing the Enterprise Network which includes, Layer 3 & 4 architecture, Port Based Security, Network admission control, and centralized monitoring, management and user authentication.
• IP telephony and unified communication.
• Managing and maintaining the firewalls
• Working experience in managing Multinational Vendors.
• Must have good experience in designing solutions and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, technical and architectural skills.

Work Experience:

• Min 5 years of experience in design, and management of enterprise network.
• 5+ years in project implementations in tech refresh, green field and migration.

Education & Certification:

• BE/BS Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technology

field or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience.

• CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, MCP, any relevant certifications.
