• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• 10 to 15 years working Experience
• Should have 5 years experience as Manager
• Strong in Compliance
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
• Oversee employee life cycle management, ensuring seamless transition from hire to retire.
• Collaborate with business heads to identify talent gaps and developing talents to attract top talents.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulation and company policies.

Desired candidate Profile

10 to 15 years of experience in Human Resource related field

Strong Knowledge of HR Administration, General activities, Corporate HR, General HR, HR Coordination, Assistance, Operations and Strategic HR
