Manager - Search Engine Optimization - B2C Services Group (5-10 yrs)

Our client is a very large and established organization in the domain of Higher EdTech having several National and International partnerships and programs. They are introducing several new initiatives & creating several new offerings.

They are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven SEO Manager to lead their search engine optimization strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SEO best practices, content optimization, and performance analysis to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall digital visibility.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

- Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization to ensure high search engine rankings.

- Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking to enhance crawlability and indexability.

- Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated across all digital assets.

- Perform SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and conversion rates.

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine

- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others to measure and report on SEO performance.

- Implement structured data (Schema Markup) and technical SEO best practices to improve search visibility.

To qualify for this position you should have:

- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2C domain (E-commerce, EdTech, FinTech, Real Estate etc.).

- Proven track record of increasing organic search traffic and improving keyword rankings.

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

- Strong understanding of technical SEO aspects, including website architecture, schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile SEO.

- Expertise in content optimization, keyword strategy, and link-building techniques.

- Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and present findings in a structured manner.

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
