General Manager - Finance - Services Firm - CA (12-21 yrs)

Our client is a large services firm and are a part of a large corporate group. They are growing rapidly

The incumbent will be a key part of the Financial Strategy & Leadership of the organization. The position is based in Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities:

- Take part in creating Financial Strategy for the org

- Managing financial reporting, planning, compliance and statutory needs

- Act as Financial Controller & responsible for Cost Controls

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models

- Monitor key financial KPIs like controllable margins, gross margin, operating margin, EBITDA and working capital

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Cash Flow and Treasury Management

- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, and other regulatory filings.

- Provide financial insights for pricing strategies, market expansion, and product launches

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA

- 12+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance Management & Strategy

- 3+ years in a Leadership role

- Have managed Finance, Banking, Taxation, Treasury, Audits, Budgeting, Cost Controls

- Managed regular Reporting for Senior Leadership

- Must have exp in SAP or similar

- Good communication & presentation skills
