Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description:

• Following up on sales opportunities leads
• Gaining product knowledge
• Arranging inter department meetings for discussing Technical Specifications and QRs
• Coordinating with different departments for arranging documents required for the Field Specialists
• Coordinating with Laboratories for Test certifications via email, phone call.
• Assisting sales team with conduct of defence related exhibitions
• Assisting the Managers with creation of reports
• Working closely with other teams to support the Sales Team
• Coordinating for client visits at our production facility
• Meeting deadlines

Desired Candidates:

• Must be self-motivated and should be able to multitask.
• Enthusiasm to learn new skills
• Very good communication skills.
• MS Power Point & Excel skills
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or as active member of a team.

Educational qualification: BBA/MBA
