Job Description

Processing of inbound via phone, email and chats requests;

Making outbound calls to the partners aimed at helping them with setting up their personal account and explaining terms of cooperation;

Working in CRM system and internal company databases;

Communicating with the technical team on matters of system functionality improvement.

Key Qualifications

upper-intermediate or better English (spoken and written);
upper-intermediate or better Italian (spoken and written);
educated speech;
computer knowledge on the level of a confident user;
the ability to multi-task;
hospitality or call center experience would be considered as an advantage.
