Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with a strong understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical acumen, business analysis skills, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge, particularly within the .NET framework.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for .NET development teams.

- Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of business requirements in .NET-based applications.

- Conduct impact analysis of business changes and assess technical feasibility.

- Assist in defining use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Support QA teams during testing phases with requirement clarifications and validation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

- Develop wireframes, mockups, or prototypes when required.

- Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst (preferably 3+ years).

- Working knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).

- Experience with SQL Server and writing basic queries.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, and technical documentation.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience in cloud environments like Azure.

- Understanding of RESTful services and API integrations.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture.
