Job Title : Business Analyst.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather and analyse business requirements, and collaborate with IT teams to develop efficient systems that enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyse, and document business and IT requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions.
- Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive project alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop process models, workflows, and data mapping to optimize business operations.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and IT strategies.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SQL, Jira, Confluence, or other business analysis software.
- Knowledge of database management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise IT systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
- Experience with cloud computing, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
