What You ll Do
Craft a Compelling Brand Narrative:
- Translate our vision into engaging messages and striking visual themes.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.
Lead Product Marketing Initiatives:
- Design go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to position our AI-driven ATS in a way that truly resonates with our customers.
Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns:
- Manage dynamic social media, email, and content campaigns that drive engagement and convert leads.
- Experiment with growth-hacking techniques and use platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media schedulers to track and optimize performance.
Analyze & Iterate:
- Dive deep into metrics such as web traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success.
- Pivot strategies based on data insights to continuously outperform previous results.
Collaborate & Communicate:
- Work in an agile environment alongside sales, product, and design teams.
- Present insights, progress, and next steps to ensure cross-departmental alignment and shared goals.
Who You Are
- Experience: You bring 1-4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or related fields, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Creative & Analytical: You can brainstorm a viral social campaign and also love diving into data.
- Great Communicator: Whether it s crafting catchy copy, designing presentations, or collaborating across teams, you re a natural communicator.
- Tech-Savvy: You understand (or are eager to learn about) AI, LLMs, and how these technologies can revolutionize recruitment.
- High-Energy & Adaptive: You thrive in fast-paced settings, embrace new challenges, and see feedback as a pathway to growth.
