We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer - AI to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, LLM patterns, and the ability to lead teams in delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Generative AI-based systems and solutions.

- Guide the team in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and grounding responses from LLMs.

- Develop advanced features like chat completions, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Provide expertise in leveraging OpenAI APIs and related tools for project success.

- Drive architectural decisions and best practices for AI solution development.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring team alignment with project goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Extensive experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
